The Axiom Connected™ development team has recently launched MOXA’s newest feature on the e-commerce platform, improving the user experience and boosting seller conversions. The MOXA Save & Share feature was inspired by customer and seller feedback regarding lost progress on the quiz process.

Now live across all campaigns, customers can save their progress at any point in their purchasing journey by selecting the “Save Quote” button, which will prompt users to enter their email. Next, a link will be sent via email, directing recipients back to the exact point in the quiz process, retaining critical information previously entered regarding the customer’s information and quote details.

The Save & Share feature eliminates a common purchasing barrier for consumers by minimizing data loss when leaving the site or being sidetracked during the quiz journey. With just a few clicks, your customers can save their progress, lowering abandonment rates.
